YOUR SUPPLY CHAIN

Extend your existing supply chain.

Keep working with the suppliers you know. Use the network when you need something they cannot provide.

That may be additional capacity, a different production process, specialist finishing, alternative materials or a supplier closer to the delivery location.

Start with the requirement and consider the businesses that respond.

TWO WAYS IN

Buy through the network. Supply through the network.

For businesses sourcing print

Describe the work, quantity and delivery requirements. Specify the location you need to source from, or make the requirement available more widely.

Review responses and decide which suppliers to contact. You can also browse marketplace listings for products and services.

Post a Requirement

For businesses supplying the print industry

Make your products, services and production capabilities visible to buyers.

List what you supply, receive relevant request alerts and respond to work that suits your business. Build relationships with buyers beyond your existing customer base.

HOW IT WORKS

How a requirement becomes a trading relationship.

  1. 01

    Describe what you need

Create a request for quotation, or RFQ. Include specifications, quantities, delivery details, deadlines and relevant files.

  2. 02

    Suppliers receive the opportunity

Relevant suppliers are notified and can review the requirement before deciding whether to respond.

  3. 03

    Review the responses

Suppliers can provide prices, lead times, questions and alternative production options. Choose which responses to pursue.

  4. 04

    Discuss and agree the work

Connect with the supplier to clarify the specification and agree the commercial arrangements. Buyer and supplier trade directly.

WHEN TO USE IT

Use the network when your usual production route is not enough.

Additional capacity

Your existing supplier or production team cannot accommodate the work.

Specialist production

The job requires equipment, a process or finishing capability outside your usual supply base.

Another location

You need production, fulfilment or installation closer to the destination.

Alternative quotations

You need additional pricing or want to consider another production method.

Trade support

Another business needs to manufacture or finish part of the job.

Backup supply

Your normal supplier is unavailable, or the requirement has changed.

SUPPLIER LISTINGS

List what your business supplies.

Your presence on the network does not have to begin with a response to an RFQ. Create listings for your products and services. Add descriptions, images, pricing and location information so buyers can understand what you offer and find your business through search. Listings can also cover machinery, materials, surplus stock and available trade capacity.

List Products or Services

Discuss the details directly.

Use messaging, file sharing, voice or video to discuss the requirement with the other business. Clarify specifications, ask pricing questions and confirm lead times before committing to the work.

No mandatory subscription

Use the network as needed without a recurring membership requirement.

Pay for selected actions

Charges apply to activities such as posting requests, publishing listings and opening direct connections. Optional paid alerts and calls are available. Email notifications for matching requests are included.

People make the decisions.

Buyers decide what they need and which suppliers to approach. Suppliers decide which opportunities to pursue. ZeozGig provides the connection. The businesses agree the price, payment arrangements and delivery terms between themselves. Payments for the work are handled directly, not through ZeozGig.

FAQ

Common questions

What is ZeozGig?

ZeozGig is a business-to-business sourcing network. Buyers post requirements, suppliers respond, and the businesses communicate and trade directly.

Who is the network for?

Printers, print brokers, print management companies, agencies, businesses buying print, and suppliers of print-related products and services.

Can I look for suppliers in a particular area?

Yes. You can specify a location when posting a requirement or search more widely. Marketplace listings can also be filtered by location.

Can I list products and services as well as respond to requests?

Yes. Suppliers can create listings describing what they offer and respond separately to relevant requirements.

Is the network free to use?

Registration is free, and there is no mandatory subscription. Selected platform actions carry charges. ZeozGig does not charge commission on the value of your trade.

Are responses or orders guaranteed?

No. Responses depend on the requirement and supplier availability. Suppliers choose which requests to answer, and buyers choose whether to proceed.

Who handles payment for the work?

Buyer and supplier arrange payment directly using their agreed invoicing and payment methods. ZeozGig does not process the payment or provide escrow for the transaction.

What does your business need to source or supply?
