1. What is Zeozgig?

Zeozgig is a commission-free freelance marketplace designed exclusively for the IT and tech industry We connect skilled IT freelancers (gig masters) with clients worldwide, offering a faster, more direct, and cost-effective way to work together.

4. How does Zeozgig make money with 0% commission?

We use a flat connection fee model:

1. Reduce spam applications
2. Give access to detailed gig information
3. Open direct communication channels between both parties

5. How does Zeoz work for freelancers and businesses?

• Sign up and create a profile with your business details, target keywords and location preferences.
• Your keywords appear on the gig board for visibility.
• When a gig matches your skills:
  • Get a free email alert
  • Optionally receive a paid instant WhatsApp notification with a direct gig link
• Communicate via built-in tools: real-time chat, video recording, file sharing, and voice notes.

6. How will Zeoz contact me?

We'll notify you through email and WhatsApp and post updates on Meta, Instagram, and LinkedIn

7. What if my gig gets no responses?

If a gig receives zero replies, your credit is automatically returned to your Zeoz balance for reuse.

8. Why haven't I heard of Zeoz before?

Zeoz started as a mobile app prototype. Earlier versions didn't launch due to design and device limitations. We've now rebuilt the platform and begun marketing globally.

9. What user information is shared?

We share:

• Name
• Business name (if applicable)
• Social handles
• Website
• Target market
• Keywords

We do not share your email address or WhatsApp number.

10. Can I try Zeoz for free?

Yes – until 10 September 2025 freelancers, startups, and businesses receive free gig credits to get started.

11. Do transactions happen on Zeoz?

No – all payments are handled directly between the freelancer and the business.

12. Can I use my account balance to pay for gigs or gift credits?

Not yet. This feature will be announced in the future.

13. What is "Space Mode" when posting a gig?

Space Mode bypasses location filters and alerts all matching users worldwide based on keywords.

14. Can I post gigs in a different area?

Yes – but check relevant trade agreements and local laws first. We recommend doing your own KYC (Know Your Customer) and KYS (Know Your Supplier) checks.

15. What does "end time/date" mean in a gig?

It's the agreed deadline for communication between all connected parties.

16. Can Zeoz work for my business if I only want local leads?

Yes – you can set location filters. Zeoz supports any legal trade.

17. Is Zeozgig open for public use?

Yes – the platform is open to businesses and freelancers from 13 August 2025

18. Does Zeozgig have a public posting disclaimer?

Information you post in public areas of Zeozgig, including gig listings, forums, or message boards, is visible to other users and may be indexed by search engines. You should avoid posting confidential, sensitive, or proprietary information in these areas. Zeozgig is not responsible for how other users may use or share information you choose to make public.
